THE QUALITY AND RESULTS LEARNING USING STRUCTURED DYADIC METHODS

Abstract


This study attempts to increase the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes in subjects Assemble Personal Computer using dyadic Structured Methods X-class multimedia skills program at SMK Negeri 1 Godean. Improved quality and learning outcomes referred to in this study includes two aspects: cognitive and affective.
This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle as much as two meetings held consisting of four stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. Students use posttest cognitive instrument, the instrument affective students using observation sheet. Structured learning model form dyadic Methods that do that (a) do the learning plan (b) implement the learning process (c) the evaluation and reflection with students about the learning that has been done.
The results showed the quality of student learning in the initial condition amounted to 40.00%, in the first cycle increased to 54.68%, and increased again in the second cycle into 73.61%. Student learning outcomes also increased in each cycle. In the pre-cycle students completed percentage of 40.62%, in the first cycle increased by 71.87%, and increased again in the second cycle of 87.50%.
