THE DEVELOPMENT OF APPLICATION ASSISTANT LEARNING AS A REMINDER TIME LEARNING AND MEDIA STUDENT LEARNING CLASS X TKJ BASED ANDROID

Abstract


During this time the use of smartphones by students is not maximized in helping learning because students do not have many learning applications. On the other hand less unscheduled time learning and lack of learning resources are also a problem in itself. This research aims to develop mobile applications to help schedule of learning and also provide other learning resources for students. The applications developed using the method of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with waterfall development model that consists of various stages: analysis, design, coding, testing and deployment. Learning Assistant application has several features that simplify the process of student learning as a task reminder, a reminder of the time to learn and also facilities and exercises subject matter expertise Computer Network lesson of class X SMK. The test results showed that the Learning Assistant application can help students in scheduling and reminders study with functional suitability testing 100% and 100% compatibility testing. While as a media student learning with usability testing results of 82.97% with the category "very decent".
