Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas soal Ujian Akhir Semester Ganjil Mata Pemrograman Web Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kelas X Teknik Komputer Jaringan di Kota Yogyakarta Ajaran 2015/2016 berdasarkan: (1) Validitas, Reliabilitas, (3) Tingkat kesukaran, (4) Daya pembeda, dan (5) Efektivitas pengecoh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah soal Ujian Akhir Semester Ganjil Mata Pemrograman Web Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kelas X Teknik Komputer Jaringan di Kota Yogyakarta Ajaran 2015/2016 sebanyak 150 soal. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi untuk memperoleh data soal sebanyak 60 pilihan ganda soal Ujian Akhir Semester Ganjil Mata Pemrograman Web kelas X Teknik Komputer Jaringan SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta, 50 pilihan ganda soal Ujian Akhir Semester Ganjil Mata Pemrograman Web kelas X Teknik Komputer Jaringan SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta, 60 pilihan ganda soal Ujian Akhir Semester Ganjil Mata Pemrograman Web kelas X TKJ SMK Piri Yogyakarta, kunci jawaban soal, dan lembar jawab peserta didik, dimana hasil penelitian diwujudkan dengan angka-angka dan dianalisis untuk kemudian ditarik kesimpulan menggunakan bantuan program komputer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas soal Ujian Akhir Semester Ganjil Mata Pemrograman Web di SMK Kelas X Teknik Komputer Jaringan Kota Yogyakarta Ajaran 2015/2016 masih rendah dengan rincian: (1) Hanya 7 butir soal (5%) yang berkualitas sangat baik, (2) 26 butir soal (17%) yang berkualitas baik, (3) 37 butir soal (25%) yang berkualitas sedang, (4) 33 butir soal (22%) yang berkualitas tidak baik, (5) 47 butir soal (31%) yang berkualitas sangat tidak baik. Butir soal yang berkualitas sangat baik dapat disimpan dalam bank soal atau digunakan untuk kegiatan penilaian selanjutnya sedangkan butir soal yang belum mencapai kualitas sangat baik sebaiknya direvisi dan diujicobakan lagi hingga memenuhi 4 kriteria (validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, efektivitas pengecoh).

Abstract
This research is conducted to know about the quality of Item Final Examination Semester Test on the Subjects Web Programming Vocational High School for X grade Computer Network in Yogyakarta Academic Year 2015/2016 by: (1) The validity, reliability, (3) Level of difficulty, (4) Power differentiator, and (5) The effectiveness of detractors. This research is quantitative descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The sample in this research are 150 Items Final Examination Semester Test on the Subjects Web Programming Vocational High School for X grade Computer Network in Yogyakarta Academic Year 2015/2016. Data collection techniques is documentation to obtain data on as many as 60 multiple-choice questions Final Examination Semester on the Subjects Web Programming for X Grade Computer Network SMKN 2 Yogyakarta, 50 multiple-choice questions Final Examination Semester on the Subjects Web Programming for X Grade Computer Network SMKN 3 Yogyakarta, 60 multiple-choice questions Final Examination Semester on the Subjects Web Programming for X Grade Computer Network SMK Piri Yogyakarta, answer key questions, and the answer sheet learners, where the results of the study realized by the numbers and analyzed in order to then be deduced using a computer program.
The results showed the quality of items Semester Final Exam test on the subjects Web Programming in Computer Engineering X Grade Vocational High School at Yogyakarta Academic Year of 2015/2016 is still low with details: (1) Only 7 items (5%) are very good quality, (2) 26 items (17%) were of good quality, (3) 37 items (25%) were of medium quality, (4) 33 items (22%) quality is not good, (5) 47 items (31%) were quality is not very good. Items are very good quality can be stored in the question bank or used for assessment activities further, while items that have not yet reached a very good quality should be revised and tested again until it meets four criteria (validity, reliability, level of difficulty, distinguishing, effectiveness detractors).
