Abstract

The study was conducted with the aim of: (1) improving final exam quality using web-based system, (2)
guarantee software quality using ISO 25010 standard include functional suitability, usability, reliability,
performance efficiency, and maintainability. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with
Rational Unified Process (RUP) development model. RUP has 4 development stages: inception, elaboration,
construction, and transition. The result of this research is the final exam system that has fulfill the ISO 25010 quality
standard on the functional suitability aspect is 1 (all features can be implemented), usability aspect is 85.33% (very
feasible) and alpha cronbach is 0.87 (very good) , reliability aspect with 100% success session, 100% success page,
99.99% success hits, performance efficiency aspect with page speed score is 98.04 %, YSlow score is 90.97%, and
response time is 1.13 seconds, and maintainability aspect is 100 (very easy maintain). It can be concluded that the
system developed to improve the quality of the final exam has fulfill the ISO 25010 quality standard.
