DEVELOPMENT OF ARCHIVAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS BASED ON MOBILE APPLICATION IN DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATICS OF REGIONAL REGIONS YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

The research aims to: (1) to produce archival information system based on mobile application in Department of Communication and Informatics of Regional Regions Yogyakarta, (2) to know software feasibility level based on ISO 25010 standard from functional suitability aspect, performance efficiency, compatibility, and usability. The method used is the development of research methods RnD (Research and Development). The development model used is a V-model consists of the development phase: (1) requirements analysis, (2) specification analysis, (3) design, (4) implementation. And the testing phase: (5) unit testing, (6) integration testing, (7) system testing, (8) acceptance testing. The results of this research are: (1) development of archival information system based on mobile application using V-model and software quality test based on ISO 25010 standard, (2) software test result obtained 100% functional suitability aspect, performance efficiency, compatibility of 100%, and usability testing of 82%. From the results of these tests indicates that the information system based archive mobile application is very feasible to use.
