Abstract

The purpose of this research are: (1) to develop a web-based school library information system to solve library data management problems, (2) to know the quality of web-based library information system in functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, and reliability aspects. This research method is using Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and waterfall development model which includes 4 phases, namely requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Software quality testing is done with ISO 25010 quality standard on functional suitability, performance efficiency, reliability, and usability aspects. The results of this research are: (1) web-based school library information system can overcome the problem of library data management that still use the conventional way. (2) The results of testing on functionality suitability aspect obtained that all functions on the system are running well. The usability aspect produces a percentage of 82.5% with a alpha cronbach value of 0.825 ("Good"). The reliability aspect generates a 100% success rate for sessions, pages, and hits. The performance efficiency aspect produces an average percentage of 95.75% with grade "A”.
