PEMBINAAN BAKAT DAN KREATIVITAS SISWA TUNANETRA DI SLB A YAKETUNIS YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembinaan bakat dan kreativitas siswa tunanetra di SLB A Yaketunis. Penelitian difokuskan pada: 1) identifikasi bakat dan kreativitas 2)program pembinaan bakat dan kreativitas, dan 3) proses pembinaan bakat dan kreativitas.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah dan guru pembimbing bakat olahraga dan guru pembimbing kreativitas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan bakat dan kreativitas terdiri dari: 1)Identifikasi bakat dan kreativitas dilakukan melalui pengamatan langsung terhadap bakat minat dan kemampuan, diskusi dengan guru kelas dan orang tua, diskusi dengan guru pengampu kegiatan ekstrakurikuler serta hasil identifikasi dan assesment seluruh siswa yang ada di sekolah. 2) Program pembinaan bakat dan kreativitas bagi siswa tunanetra di sekolah berupa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, latihan secara intensif, saat siswa mau mengikuti dengan bimbingan guru. 3). Proses pembinaan bakat dilakukan sesuai cabang olahraga antara lain tenis meja dan olahraga atletik. Proses pembinaan kreativitas dilakukan melalui ekstrakurikuler GLS dengna menjarkan materi nada dan artikulasi untuk pembinaan kreativitas bercerita serta penugasan membuat dan membacakan puisi hasil ciptaannya sendiri.

Abstract
This study aims to describe the talent and creativity coaching for blind student in SLB A Yaketunis. This studies focused on: 1) The identified of talent and creativity 2) the program of talent and creativity coaching, and 3) the processed of talent and creativity coaching. The subject of this study is head master, coach of sport talented and coach of creativity. Data were collected by observe dan interview. Data analysis that were used is descriptive – qualitative analysis. The results showed that the implementation of talent and creativity coaching consisted of: 1) Identification of talent and creativity is done through direct observation of the talents of interest and ability of children, discussions with classroom teachers and parents, discussions with teachers who are capable of extracurricular activities and the results of identification and assessment of all students at the school. 2) Talent and creativity coaching program for blind students in schools in the form of extracurricular activities, intensive training, when students want to follow with the guidance of the teacher. 3). The process of talent development is carried out according to sports including table tennis and athletic sports. The process of fostering creativity is carried out through extracurricular GLS by tracing the tone and articulation material for fostering creative storytelling and assignment to make and read poems of his own creation.
