Studi Kasus Minat Melanjutkan Pendidikan ke Peguruan Tinggi Pada Siswa Tunarungu Kelas XII di SLB N 1 Bantul

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke peguruan tinggi siswa tunarungu kelas XII di SLB N 1 Bantul. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data kualitatif yang digunakan adalah reduksi data dengan memilih hal-hal pokok, penyajian data bentuk uraian singkat, dan verifikasi data dengan kesimpulan.Hasil dalam penelitian yaitu siswa tunarungu kelas XII di SLB N 1 Bantul memiliki minat untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Minat pada siswa tunarungu dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu: faktor internal meliputi dari dalam diri sendiri dan faktor eksternal meliputi keluarga, teman sebaya dan alumni. Faktor internal lebih dominan dalam mempengaruhi minat melnjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Kesimpulan penelitian adalahadanya berbagai gambaran minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi negeri pada siswa kelas XII SLB N 1 Bantul yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, faktor yang paling dominan yaitu faktor internal dari dalam diri meliputi pemusatan perhatian, keingintahuan, dan motivasi.

Abstract
The research aims This research aims to obtain a representation of the interest to continue the study to the college for students deaf class XII in SLB N 1 Bantul.This research was use qualitative approach. The collection of data carried out by interviews and documentation. Data analysis which used were data reduction, data presentation, and data verification.The findings of this research was deaf students had an interest in continuing education to college. Interest in these deaf students were influenced by several factors, such as: internal factors including from themself and external factors including family, peers, dan alumni. Internal factors are more dominant in influencing interest in continuing education to the college. Those internal factors include consentration of attention on a subject of skills and talents owned by students, students’s curiousity in preferred activities, and strong motivation in realizing their desires. The final conclusion of this research was the interest to continue education to state university for students class XII SLB N 1 Bantul which is influenced by several factors, the most dominant factors is internal factors from within include concentration of attention,curiousity, and motivation.
