PENGEMBANGAN MODEL LATIHAN PELVIS STABILIZATION DALAM CABANG OLAHRAGA ATLETIK NOMOR JALAN CEPAT THE DEVELOPMENT OF PELVIS STABILIZATION EXERCISE MODEL IN ATHLETIC SPORT BRANCH OF RACEWALKING NUMBER

Abstract


Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku panduan model latihan pelvis stabilization dalam cabang olahraga atletik nomor jalan cepat. Penelitian ini berawal dari pengamatan kondisi dilapangan oleh penulis yang masih sedikit sekali pelatih maupun atlet jalan cepat menerapkan latihan seperti  pelvis stabilization dalam latihan penguatan otot panggul dan sekitarnya. Dalam nomor jalan cepat kekuatan dan kestabilan otot panggul dapat mempengaruhi perfoma atlet. Selain itu juga masih sedikitnya buku model latihan pelvis stabilization dengan bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development atau penelitian pengembangan. Prosedur penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan 1) potensi dan masalah, 2) pengumpulan data, 3) desain produk, 4) validasi desain, 5) revisi desain, 6) uji coba produk, 7) produk akhir. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah upaya pengembangan yang disertai upaya validasi. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu atlet jalan cepat di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dan UKM atletik UNY. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa angket. Teknik analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa buku pengembangan model latihan pelvis stabilization dalam cabang olahraga atletik nomor jalan cepat adalah “Sangat Baik”. Hasil tersebut diperoleh dari hasil validasi dari a) ahli materi sebesar 86.15% atau “Sangat Baik”; b) ahli media sebesar 85.71% atau “Sangat Baik”. Uji coba kelompok kecil atlet sebesar 82.47% atau “Sangat Baik”. Uji Coba Kelompok besar atlet 85.47% atau “Sangat Baik”. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku pengembangan model latihan pelvis stabilization dalam cabang olahraga atletik nomor jalan cepat “Sangat Baik” digunakan sebagai referensi atlet dan pelatih dalam menjalankan program latihan kekuatan otot pelvis. Abstract This research aims to develop a model book of pelvis stabilization exercises in athletic sports branch of racewalking number. This research begins with observations of conditions in the field by researcher, where it founded that were only few trainers and athletes racewalking applying exercises such as pelvis stabilization in pelvis muscle strengthening exercises and their surroundings. On the racewalking number, the strength and stability of the pelvis muscles could affect the athletes’ performance. In addition, there were few books about pelvis stabilization training model used Indonesian language.  This was a Research and Development Research which carried out through procedure stages 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design revisions, 6) product trials, 7) final products. The concept used in this research was development efforts accompanied by validation efforts.  Racewalking athletes in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and the athletic UKM of YSU were used as the samples of this research. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and used descriptive analysis to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that the model book of the development of pelvis stabilization exercises in athletic sports branch of racewalking number is Excellent. These results were obtained from validation results a) material experts is 86.15% or Excellent; b) media experts is 85.71% or Excellent. The trial of a small group of athletes is 82.47% or Excellent.
