Abstrak  
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh latihan plyometric naik turun bangku
tumpuan satu kaki bergantian terhadap power tungkai dan long pass pemain sepakbola, (2) pengaruh
latihan plyometric naik turun bangku tumpuan dua kaki terhadap power tungkai dan long pass pemain
sepakbola, dan (3) Latihan yang lebih baik dari latihan naik turun bangku satu kaki bergantian dan
dua kaki terhadap power tungkai dan long pass pemain sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode eksperimen dengan desain “two groups pre-test-post-test design”. Populasi dalam penelitian
ini adalah siswa SSB Persopi Piyungan berjumlah 27 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan
purposive sampling, yang berjumlah 14 orang. Instrumen power tungkai menggunakan vertical jump
dan long pass menggunakan tes kemampuan tendangan lambung dari Bobby Charlton. Analisis data
menggunakan uji t taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh yang
signifikan latihan plyometric naik turun bangku tumpuan satu kaki bergantian terhadap power tungkai
dan long pass pemain sepakbola kelompok umur 14-15 tahun di SSB Persopi Piyungan. (2) Ada
pengaruh yang signifikan latihan plyometric naik turun bangku tumpuan dua kaki terhadap power
tungkai dan long pass pemain sepakbola kelompok umur 14-15 tahun di SSB Persopi Piyungan. (3)
Latihan naik turun bangku satu kaki bergantian lebih baik daripada naik turun bangku tumpuan dua
kaki terhadap power tungkai dan long pass pemain sepakbola kelompok umur 14-15 tahun di SSB
Persopi Piyungan.

Abstract  
The research aims to find out (1) the effect of up- down alternately one leg pedestal bench
plyometric training on leg power and long pass of football player, (2) the effect of up- down
alternately two legs pedestal bench plyometric training on leg power and long pass of football player;
3) the better training than up- down alternately one leg and two legs pedestal bench plyometric
training. This research used experimental method with "two groups pre-test-post-test design".
Research population was 27 football players of SSB (Football School) Persopi Piyungan. Sampling
technique used purposive sampling obtained 14 players. The instrument of leg power used vertical
jump and long pass used ability test of long ball kick from Bobby Charlton. Data analysis applied t
test with significance level 5%. Research results show that (1) there is significant effect of up- down
alternately one leg pedestal bench plyometric training on leg power and long pass of 14-15 year age
group football player at SSB Persopi Piyungan. (2) There is significant effect of up- down alternately
two legs pedestal bench plyometric training on leg power and long pass of 14-15 year age group
football player at SSB Persopi Piyungan. (3) The up- down alternately one leg pedestal bench
plyometric training is better than up- down alternately two legs pedestal bench plyometric training on
leg power and the long pass of the 14-15 year old football player at SSB Persopi Piyungan.
