PERBEDAAN PENGARUH “LATIHAN KONVESIONAL DAN KIDS ATHLETICS” TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MOTORIK KASAR ATLET ATLETIK KOTA KEDIRI USIA 11-12 TAHUN

Abstract


Abstrak  
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh Latihan Konvesional dan Kids
Athletics terhadap kemampuan motorik kasar atlet Atletik usia 11-12 tahun. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode Penelitian Experimental. Designs yang digunakan adalah Two Groups PretestPossttest.

Dengan membagi sampel penelitian menjadi  2 kelompok sampel, yaitu kelompok
eksperimen diberi perlakuan dengan penerapan model Kids Athletics dan kelompok Latihan
Konvesional  yang berlatih seperti biasa di Klubnya bersama pelatih.
Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Subjek penelitian berjumlah
18 atlet. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) Lari 30 meter (2) Socken Depan (3) Standing Broad
Jump. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis dengan analisis uji t (paired sample t test).  
Hasil analisis uji t paired sampel t test pada kelompok Kids Athletics dan kelompok latihan
konvesional diperoleh nilai-nilai t

, dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh latihan dari kedua
variabel. Perbedaan pengaruh dari kedua variabel dapat diketahui dari Persetase peningkatan.
Kelompok Kids Athletics rata-rata persentase peningkatan 12,25 sedangkan kelompok Latihan
Konvesional 6,86. Hasil yang diperoleh kelompok Kids Athletics mempunyai persentase peningkatan
yang lebih baik dibandingkan kelompok Latihan Konvesional terhadap kemampuan motorik kasar
atlet Atletik usia 11-12 tahun.

The aim of this research was to identify the effect differences between Conventional Training
and Kids Athletics toward athletic athletes‟ gross motor skill of age 11-12 years old. This research was
an experimental research. Two Groups Pretest-Posttest were used as the research designs. The sample
of this research was divided into two groups, (1) the experimental group who got treated by using Kids
Athletics model and (2) the conventional training group who practiced as usual with their coach.  
Purposive Sampling was used as the data collection technique. There were 18 athletes as the
research subject. The data instrument of this research were (1) Run 30 meters (2) Forward Socken and
(3) Standing Broad Jump.  Hypothesis Testing and Paired Sample T-Test were used as the data
analysis technique.

this can be concluded that there is an effect of training from both variables.  The
differences in the effects of both variables can be determined from the percentage increase. The
differences in the effects of both variables can be determined from the percentage increase. Kids
Athletics group‟s mean has 12,25 percentage increase, while conventional training group gets 6,86.
The final result of the whole test shows that Kids Athletics Group has a higher percentage increase
than Conventional Training Group toward athletic athletes‟ gross motor ability of age 11-12 years old.
