MINAT SISWA KELAS VII UNTUK MENGIKUTI EKSTRAKURIKULER HOKI DI SMP N 1 MLATI KABUPATEN SLEMAN TAHUN AJARAN 2016/2017

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi minat siswa kelas VII untuk mengikuti ekstrakurikuler hoki di SMP N 1 Mlati kabupaten Sleman tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler hoki yang berjumlah 22 siswa. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah minat siswa kelas VII untuk mengikuti ekstrakurikuler hoki di SMP N 1 Mlati kabupaten Sleman tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dengan 38 butir pernyataan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa minat siswa kelas VII untuk mengikuti ekstrakurikuler hoki di SMP N 1 Mlati kabupten Sleman tahun ajaran 2016/2017 dari rasa senang 13,66%, rasa perhatian 13,51%, aktivitas 13,55%, guru/pelatih 17,78%, fasilitas 15,78%, masyarakat 13,13%, dan keluarga 12,79%. Kata kunci: ekstrakurikuler, minat, permainan hoki Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out the level of students’ interets in joining a hockey extra- curricular of grade VII students of SMP N 1 Mlati in Sleman Regency. This study is a quantitative descriptive analysis. The method used in this study is by conducting a survey. The subject of this study is 22 students of grade VII who join a hockey extra-curricular. The variable in this study is the students’ interests of grade VII students who join a hockey extra-curricular at SMP N 1 Mlati in Sleman Regency in the academic year 2016/2017. The instrument is in the form of questionnaire with 38 statements. The analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the students’ interests in joining a hockey extra-curricular of grade VII students of SMP N 1 Mlati in Sleman Regency in the academic year 2016/2017 are 13.66% pleasure, 13.51% care, 13.55% in the activities, 17.78% in the coach, 15.78% in the facility, 13.13% in the society, and 12.79% in the family.
