TINGKAT KESULITAN GURU PJOK SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA NEGERI SE-KABUPATEN KULON PROGO DALAM MELAKSANAKAN PEMBELAJARAN PJOK MENGGUNAKAN KURIKULUM 2013

Abstract


Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesulitan guru PJOK SMP Negeri se- Kabupaten Kulon Progo dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran PJPOK menggunakan kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengambilan datanya menggunakan angket dengan nilai validitas 0,854 dan nilai reliabilitas 0,972. Populasi pada penelitian ini guru PJOK SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Kulon Progo dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran yang berjumlah 23 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Pengelompokan kategori menjadi sangat tingi, tinggi, sedang, rendah, sangat rendah. Hasil penelitian diketahui tingkat kesulitan Guru PJOK SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Kulon Progo dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran PJOK menggunakan kurikulum 2013 dari faktor internal dan eksternal menunjukkan kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 1 orang (4,34 %), yang berkategori tinggi sebanyak 8 orang (34,78 %), yang mempunyai kategori sedang sebanyak 6 orang (26,08 %), yang berkategori rendah sebanyak 7 orang (30,43 %) dan yang sangat rendah sebanyak 1 orang (4,34 %). Faktor internal seperti kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan variasi gaya mengajar dan kemampuan membuat administrasi mengajar membuat guru kesulitan mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013. Faktor eksternal seperti belum siapnya sarana dan prasarana penunjang pembelajaran dan kesiapan siswa sangat berpengaruh pada lancarnya pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru. Kata Kunci: kesiapan, sarana dan prasarana, implementasi kurikulum 2013. Abstract This research was purposed to determine the difficulty level of PJOK teachers in Junior High Schools throughout Kulon Progo in implementing PJOK learning using 2013 curriculum. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The method used was survey using questionnaire as the data retrieval technique with validity value 0,854 and reliability value 0,972. The population of this research were PJOK teachers of Junior High Schools throughout Kulon Progo in implementing the learning which amounted to 23 people. The technique of data analysis of this study was using descriptive quantitative analysis converted in the form of percentage. The grouping categories were divided into very high, high, medium, low, and very low. The result of this research found the difficulty level of PJOK teachers in Junior High Schools throughout Kulon Progo in implementing PJOK learning using 2013 curriculum from internal as well as external factors showed; the very high category amounted to 1 person (4,34%); 8 people were included in high category (34,78%); 6 people belonged to medium category (26,08%); 7 people were low category (30,43%); and 1 person was included in very low category (4,34%). Internal factors such as the teachers' abilitiy in using variations of teaching styles and the ability to make a teaching administration caused the teachers in trouble to implement the 2013 curriculum. External factors such as the lack of facilities as well as the supporting learning infrastructures and the students' readiness was very influential on the smoothness of learning conducted by teachers.
