PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PERMAINAN BOLA TANGAN MELALUI MODIFIKASI ALAT UNTUK SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 2 PLAYEN, KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL

Abstract


Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan produk berupa model pengembangan pembelajaran penjas melalui permainan bola tangan simpai untuk siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Playen Kabupaten Gunungkidul dalam mata pelajaran PJOK. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Playen, Gunungkidul. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar evaluasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif berbentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian dengan instrumen lembar kuesioner siswa dalam 3 aspek, didapat persentase rata-rata aspek kognitif 85,7% dikategorikan sangat layak, persentase aspek afektif 92,18% dikategorikan sangat layak, dan persentase aspek psikomotor 80,6% dikategorikan sangat layak. Dengan hasil yang didapat tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa model permainan bola tangan simpai sangat layak dimainkan dan digunakan untuk penyampaian materi dalam pembelajaran penjas untuk siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Playen, Gunungkidul. Kata Kunci: model permainan, bola tangan simpai. Abstract The lack of variations in the handball game as materials at the junior high school makes the game uninteresting for the students. Actually, if the handball game is presented in different forms, it will make the students more enthusiastic in learning. This study aimed to develop and yield a product in the form of a model of developing physical education through a hoop handball game for Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Playen, Gunungkidul Regency, in the subject of Physical Education, Sport, and Health. This was a research and development study. The research subjects were Grade VIII students of SMPN 2 Playen, Gunungkidul. The data in the study were collected by an evaluation sheet and questionnaire. The data analysis technique was the descriptive analysis technique using percentages. The result of the study from the student questionnaire for 3 aspects showed that the average of the cognitive aspect was 85,7% which was very appropriate, that of the affective aspect was 92,18%, which was very appropriate, and that of the psychomotor aspect was 80,6%, which was very appropriate. The results showed that the hoop handball game model was very appropriate to be played and used to deliver materials in physical education learning for Grade VIII students of SMPN 2 Playen, Gunungkidul.
