KESIAPAN GURU KELAS DALAM MENGIMPLEMENTASIKAN PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK INTEGRATIF DI SD NEGERI GRAULAN KULON PROGO

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian, serta
mengetahui faktor pendukung, penghambat dan upaya mengatasi hambatan dalam pembelajaran tematik
integratif pada di kelas I dan IV SD Negeri Graulan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif
deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas I dan IV, serta kepala sekolah. Teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Instrumen adalah peneliti
dibantu dengan lembar analisis RPP, pedoman observasi, dan pedoman wawancara. Data dianalisis
melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data
menggunakan member check serta triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
kedua guru sudah membuat RPP dengan menggunakan pendekatan integrasi tetapi tidak memenuhi
prinsip penyusunan RPP yang memuat KD dari KI-1 sampai KI-4. Kedua guru melaksanakan
pembelajaran tematik menggunakan pendekatan saintifik walaupun tidak urut langkah mengamati,
menanya, mencoba, mengasosiasi, dan mengkomunikasikan, serta sudah mengacu pada rambu-rambu dan
prinsip pembelajaran tematik integratif, dan melakukan penilaian autentik untuk menilai aspek sikap,
pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. Faktor pendukung berasal dari kepala sekolah, guru, sarana dan
prasarana, lingkungan sekitar, dan orang tua. Faktor penghambat muncul dalam pembuatan RPP,
pelaksanaan pembelajaran, PJOK yang tidak dapat diintegrasikan, ketercapaian pembelajaran, dan dari
orang tua siswa. Kedua guru sudah aktif melakukan upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan yang ditemui.

Abstract
This research aimed to describe the readiness of classroom teachers in planning, implementation,
assessment, and want to know the supporting, inhibitors, and efforts to overcome obstacles in
implementing an integrated thematic learning in class I and IV SD Negeri Graulan. This research is a
qualitative descriptive study. The subjects were teachers and students of class I and class IV, as well as
the principal. The object of this research is the readiness of teachers in implementing an integrated
thematic learning. Collecting data in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The
research instruments is researcher using lesson plan analyze guidance, observation guidance, and
interview guidance. The data is analyzed by using data reduction, data display, and a conclusion. Data
validity test uses member check and triangulation technique and source.The results of this research shows
that both teachers had prepared lesson plan with integrated approach. But the principles that have not
been fulfilled there any subject specific pedagogy load basic competencies of core competencies-1 to core
competencies-4. Implementation of learning both teachers already using scientific approach although not
in chronological orders observing, questioning, experimenting, associating, and communicating also has
been referred to the guidelines and principles of integrative thematic learning and use authentic
assessment that assesses aspects of attitudes, knowledge, and skills by using observation, written tests,
and performance. Factors supporting the implementation of an integrated thematic learning comes from
principals, teachers, infrastructure, environment, and parents. Inhibiting factors appearing in the making
lesson plans, teaching practices, physical education which can not be integrated, learning achievement,
and parents. Both teachers are actively making effort to overcome the obstacles encountered.
