PENGARUH PENGUATAN GURU TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V SD NEGERI SE GUGUS WIROPATI

Abstract


Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara penguatan guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri se Gugus Wiropati Kecamatan Grabag Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas V sejumlah 166 anak dengan sampel sebanyak 114 anak, diambil dengan teknik Proportional Cluster Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket (questionnaire). Uji validitas yang digunakan adalah uji validitas konstrak, instrumen dikonsultasikan kepada ahli kemudian diujicobakan kepada responden dan dianalisis menggunakan rumus Product Moment. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha. Uji persyaratan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara penguatan guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Terbukti dari hasil uji regresi sederhana Y = 35,279 + 0,587X, dan dari uji-t diperoleh perbandingan π‘‘π‘‘β„Žπ‘–π‘–π‘–π‘–π‘–π‘–π‘–π‘–π‘–=9,838> 𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑=1,9814. Kata kunci: penguatan guru, motivasi belajar, Gugus Wiropati Abstract This study amis to investigate the effect of teacher reinforcement on learning motivation of Grade V students of public elementary schools (ESs) in tehe Wiropati Cluster, Grabag District, Magelang Regency. This was an ex post facto study. The research Population comprised Grade V students with a total of 166students and the sampel, consisting of 114 students, was selected by means of the proportional clustes random sampling technique. The data Wet collected through a questionnaire. The validity was assessed in terms of the construct validity; the instrumen was assessed by a consultation with an expert, tried out to respondents, and analyzed using the Products moment formula. The reliability was assessed by the alpha formula. Data analysis Assumption tests Wet tests of normality and linearity. The hypothesis testing used simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that teacher reinforcement had a significant positive effect on students’ learning motivation. This was indicated by the result of simple regression analysis, namely Y=35.279 + 0.587X, and the the result of the t-test,namely π‘‘π‘‘π‘œπ‘œπ‘œπ‘œπ‘œπ‘œπ‘œπ‘œπ‘œπ‘œπ‘œπ‘œπ‘œ=9,838> 𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑𝑑=1,9814.
