PENGARUH METODE PEMBELAJARAN INKUIRI TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV PADA MATA PELAJARAN PKN

      Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SD Negeri Prambanan 1. Desain penelitian adalah Quasi Experimental dengan rancangan Nonequivalent Control Grup Design. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah prestasi belajar dan variabel bebas adalah metode inkuiri. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV A dan IV B yang berjumlah 47 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa tes pilihan ganda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis berupa uji-t dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh metode pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SD Negeri Prambanan 1. Pengaruh tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil uji-t pada data posttest kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol yaitu sig 0,035 < 0,05 dan t hitung2,168 > t tabel 2,012

Abstract

The purpose of research is to know the influence of inquiry learning methods towards civic education student achievements of 4th grade students of SD N Prambanan 1. Research design used Quasi Experimental Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Dependent variabel in this research was student achievements and independent variabel was inquiry methods. Research subjects were all of the 4th grade students that amounted to 47 students. Instrument used in the research was multiple-choice test. The data analysis technique was hypothesis test, which covers t-test with 5 % of significance level. The result of the research show the influence of inquiry methods towards civic education student achievements of the 4th grade students. The influence is evidenced by the t-test results on the data posttest experimental and control groups are sig 0.035< 0.05 and t-count 2.168>t-table 2.012.
