LAYANAN GURU BAGI SISWA LAMBAN BELAJAR DI KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI GADINGAN WATES

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan layanan guru bagi siswa lamban belajar di kelas IV SD Negeri Gadingan Wates. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik dengan subjek seorang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data melalui uji kredibilitas triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian yaitu, (1) pemahaman guru tentang siswa belum mendalam tentang konsep ataupun karakteristik siswa lamban belajar; (2) pelaksanaan layanan guru bagi siswa lamban belajar dalam hal modifikasi alokasi waktu pembelajaran yaitu, guru memberi perlakuan secara umum kepada seluruh siswa, belum tertuju khusus pada siswa lamban belajar; (3) pelaksanaan layanan guru bagi siswa lamban belajar dalam hal modifikasi isi atau materi pelajaran yaitu, guru belum melaksanakan penurunan tingkat kesulitan materi bagi siswa; (4) pelaksanaan layanan guru bagi siswa lamban belajar dalam hal modifikasi proses belajar-mengajar belum terlaksana sepenuhnya.

Abstract
This study aims to describe service teacher on slow learner students in Grade IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Gadingan Wates. This study used a naturalistic qualitative approach with a teacher as the subject. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Techniques of data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Test the validity of test data through triangulation of sources and technical credibility. The results showed that, (1) the teacher's knowledge of slow learners is still limited; (2) the implementation of teacher services in terms of modification of the allocation of instructional time is still general, not specific on slow learners yet; (3) the implementation of teacher services in terms of modification of the contents or subject matter is, teacher doesn’t decrease the difficult matter yet for slow learners; (4) the implementation of teacher services in terms of modification of the teaching-learning process has not been fully implemented.
