PENGARUH KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU BERSERTIFIKASI DI SD NEGERI SE-KECAMATAN PONJONG, KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru bersertifikasi di SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Ponjong, Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis expost facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Ponjong, Kabupaten Gunungkidul yang sudah bersertifikasi pendidik yakni berjumlah 154 guru. Jumlah sampel diambil berdasarkan tabel Isaac dan Michael sebanyak 110 guru. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket kompetensi dan angket kinerja guru. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan expert judgment dan korelasi product moment sedangkan uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan koefisien reliabilitas cronbach alfa. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri se-Kecamatan Ponjong, Kabupaten Gunungkidul dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 65,393 (p<0,05), R Square sebesar 0,714 yang berarti bahwa sumbangan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 71,4% dan sisanya 28,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract
This research aim at distinguishing the effect of competency to the certified teacher’s performance in the elementary schools at Ponjong district, Gunungkidul Region. This research method used quantitative approach expost facto type. The populations were all teachers of the state elementary schools that have been educationally certification, totally154 teachers and the samples are 110 teachers. Research instruments used competence questionnaire and teacher’s performance questionnaire. The validity test of the instruments used expert judgment and product moment correlation, while the reliability test used the reliability coefficient of cronbach alfa. The data analysis used double regression analysis. The result of the research shows that there is a positive and significant influence from the competency to the state elementary school’s teachers with the calculating score 65,393 (P<0,05). For the R Square is 0,714 means that the competency deals 71.4% to the teacher’s performance, and the rest, 28.6% is influenced by the other variables.
