TANGGAPAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PROGRAM JAM BELAJAR MASYARAKAT DI RW 9 GUNUNGKETUR PAKUALAMAN YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tanggapan masyarakat RW 9 Kelurahan Gunungketur terhadap program jam belajar masyarakat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat, pengurus kelompok kerja (pokja) JBM dan ketua RW. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2015. Data dianalisis menggunakan model miles and Huberman dimana analisis ditempuh melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan melalui trianguasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tanggapan masyarakat terhadap program jam belajar masyarakat adalah: (1) Aspek kognitif sebagian masyarakat sudah mengetahui dan paham tentang jam belajar masyarakat. (2) Aspek afektif masyarakat merasa senang terhadap program jam belajar masyarakat dan mereka berharap program ini bisa terus dilaksanakan. (3) Aspek konatif, sebagian besar masyarakat menunjukan perilaku yang mendukung jam belajar masyarakat, meski masih ada yang melanggar aturan seperti menyalakan televisi.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe respon of citizens of RW 9 Gunungketur village to public learning hour program. This research used descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research were resident, the working group of JBM, and head of RW. The techniques to data collection used interview, observation, and documentation. Research was done on July-August 2015. Data analyzed by the model of miles and huberman with the reduction, presentation, and the withdrawal of conclusion. Testing the validity of data was undertaken by triangulation sources and also technique. The results showed that the respons of citizens to public learning hour program were: (1) cognitive aspects people already knows and informed about the public learning hour. (2) affective aspects the people pleased with the program public learning hour and they hoped that the program will be held which in turn might for the people. (3) konatif aspects, the majority of the people already show of support the public learning hour, although there are still violate the rules as turning on television.
