PENGARUH VARIASI GAYA MENGAJAR GURU DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR IPA

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui:1) pengaruh variasi gaya mengajar guru terhadap prestasi belajar IPA; 2) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPA; dan 3) pengaruh variasi gaya mengjaar guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPA kelas IV SD. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 167 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi dan dokumentasi nilai raport semester ganjil. Uji coba instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) variasi gaya mengajar guru berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar IPA, ditunjukkan oleh R = 0,474 dan p = 0,000 , 2) motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar IPA ditunjukkan oleh R = 0,484 dan p = 0,000, 3) terdapat pengaruh variasi gaya mengajar guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD, ditunjukkan R = 0,570 dan p = 0,000 dengan sumbangan efektif variasi gaya mengajar guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPA sebesar 32,5%, yang berarti masih ada sumbangan efektif sebesar 67,5% berasal dari faktor lain.

Abstract
The research aimed to know about: 1) the influence of various teaching style toward the science achievement; 2) the influence of student learning motivation toward the science achievement; and 3) the influence of various teaching style and student learning motivation toward the science achievement for grade IV elementary school. The research used a quantitative method. The sample of this research were 167 students. The data collection used psychology scale and school report documentation in odd semester. The instruments of this research used validity and reliability tests. The data analytic technique used simple regression and fold regression. The research showed that: 1) the various teaching style could influence the science achievement significantly, it was proved by R = 0,474 and p = 0,000, 2) the student learning motivation could influence the science achievement significantly, it was proved by R = 0,484 and p = 0,000, 3) there was an influence of various teaching style and student learning motivation toward the science achievement for grade IV elementary school, it was proved by R = 0,570 dan p = 0,000 with the effective contributions of various teaching style and student learning motivation toward the science achievement in amount of 32,5%, it meant that there were effective contributions in amount of 67,5% came from the other factors.
