KEDISIPLINAN SISWA DALAM MENGIKUTI KEGIATAN SEKOLAH (STUDI KASUS DI SD NEGERI PANASAN SLEMAN)

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan sekolah dan faktor yang mempengaruhi. Peneliti menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Panasan Sleman yang subjeknya adalah siswa, guru, dan kepala sekolah. Penentuan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta pengambilan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengikuti kegiatan intrakurikuler disiplin dalam waktu datang, menggunakan barang sesuai fungsinya, berpakaian sesuai aturan, namun kurang disiplin mengerjakan tugas. Ketika mengikuti ekstrakurikuler Pramuka, siswa disiplin dalam waktu datang, menggunakan peralatan sesuai fungsinya, patuh terhadap peraturan, namun kurang disiplin dalam atribut seragam. Faktor pendukung kedisiplinan dalam kegiatan sekolah meliputi guru, pembina Pramuka, peraturan, dan hukuman. Faktor penghambat kedisiplinan adalah teman. Siswa memiliki kesadaran ketika tidak disiplin. Kesadaran siswa dipengaruhi oleh guru, pembina Pramuka, dan hukuman.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the students’ discipline in participating the school activities and the affecting factors. The researcher used case study with qualitative approach and descriptive method. This study was conducted in SD Negeri Panasan Sleman. The subjects of this study were the students, the tachers, and the principal. The researcher used purposive technique to determine the subjects. The data collecting technique were interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis process were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The data validity tests were triangulation technique and resource. The result showed that the students were dicipline in intracurricular activities, such as coming on time, using goods as the function, dressing according the rule, but they undiscipline in doing tasks. In participating the scout extracurricular, they were discipline coming on time, using goods as the function, obeying the rule, but they were undisciplined in wearing uniform attributes. The discipline supporting factors in the school activities were the teachers, scout coach, rules, and punishments. The discipline inhibiting factors were the friends. The student considered when they were undisciplin. It was influenced by the teachers, scout coaches, and punishment
