HUBUNGAN ANTARA MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DENGAN KINERJA GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SDN GUGUS SILAWE KAJORAN MAGELANG

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru dalam
pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Gugus Silawe Kajoran Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian
kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian expost facto. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup. Variabel
dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru
Sekolah Dasar Negeri Gugus Silawe yang berjumlah 59. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan
uji kolerasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Motivasi berprestasi guru di Gugus Silawe
Kajoran Magelang tergolong sedang dengan frekuensi 80%; (2) Kinerja guru di Gugus Silawe Kajoran Magelang
tergolong sedang dengan frekuensi 83%; dan (3) Terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi berprestasi dengan
kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran Sekolah Dasar Negeri Gugus Silawe Kajoran Magelang ditunjukkan dengan nilai
singnifikasi 0,007 dan nilai kolerasi 0,902. Artinya semakin tinggi motivasi berprestasi guru, maka semakin baik
kinerja dalam pembelajarannya, begitu pula sebaliknya.
Kata Kunci : motivasi berprestasi, kinerja guru.


Abstract
This research was aimed to find out the correlation between achievement motivation and teacher performance
in teaching at elementary schools in Silawe, Kajoran Magelang. This is a quantitative research by applying ex post
facto reserach design. The technique of collecting data in this research used closed questionnaire. The variable of
this research were the achievement motivation and teacher performance. The population of this research were all
elementary schools teachers who numbered 59. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and using
correlation test of Product Moment. The finding showed that: (1) Achievement motivation of teachers in Silawe,
Kajoran Magelang was medium with a frequency 80%; (2) Teachers performance in Silawe, Kajoran Magelang
was medium with a frequency 83%; and (3) There is a positive correlation between achievement motivation and
teacher performance in teaching at elementary schools in Silawe, Kajoran Magelang that indicated by the
signification value 0.007 and the correlation value 0.902. It means that the higher motivation of teachers to get
achievement, the better their performance in teaching, and vice verse.
