PENGARUH POLA ASUH ORANG TUA DAN PERAN GURU TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS III

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh orang tua dan peran guru terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode exspostfacto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SD gugus 4 Wates yang berjumlah 242 siswa. Sampel berjumlah 150 siswa. Instrumen ini diujicobakan kepada 30 siswa. Uji Validitas instrumen menggunakan teknik expert judgement, sedangkan untuk mencari daya beda menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment. Reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Uji prasyarat analisis yang dilakukan adalah uji linieritas, normalitas, dan multikolinieritas. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pola asuh orang tua berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa dengan sumbangan 77,74%; 2) peran guru berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa dengan sumbangan sebesar 20,64%; dan 3) pola asuh orang tua dan peran guru berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa dengan sumbangan sebesar 98,38%.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of parents' parenting system and the teachers’ roles on the students’ learning independence. This research used a quantitative approach with exspost- facto methods. The population in this research was the students of third grade at SD Gugus 4 Wates which totaled 242 students. The samples were 150 students. The Instrument  was applied to 30 students. The instrument was validated using expert judgment, product moment correlation was used to analyze the significance of the difference. While the reliability of the instrument was analyzed using Alpha Cronbach. Prerequisite analysis in this study included the test of linearity, normality, and multicollinearity. Multiple regression was used to analyze the data.  The results of this study showed that: 1) Parents’ parenting system had effects on the students’  learning independence with contribution of 77,74%; 2) the roles of teachers  influenced on the students’ learning independence with  contribution of 20,64%; and 3) the  parenting system of the parents and the roles of teachers influenced on the students’ learning independence with  contribution of 98.38%.
