Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri Terbahsari, Kulon Progo Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 melalui metode pembelajaran Everyone Is A Teacher. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis & McTaggart. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Terbahsari yang berjumlah 21 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan soal tes, lembar observasi, dan pedoman wawancara. Validasi instrumen dilakukan melalui expert judgement. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode Everyone Is A Teacher dapat meningkatkan partisipasi siswa pada siklus I ke siklus II dari 71% menjadi 89%. Peningkatan partisipasi guru pada siklus I dan II meningkat dari 81% hingga 99%. Persentase ketuntasan hasil tes belajar siswa (KKM ≥72) siklus I dan siklus II sebanyak 15 siswa (71%) menjadi 20 siswa (95%), dengan peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar 9,80 yaitu dari 73,3 menjadi 87,1.

Abstract

This study aim at improving the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Terbahsari, Kulon Progo in the Academic Year 2018/2019 by using the Everyone Is A Teacher learning method. This research used the Kemmis & Mc Taggart classroom action research design. The research subjects were fiftth grade students. The data collection techniques were tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The instruments of data collection were test questions, observation sheets, and interview guidelines. Instrument validation was done through expert judgment. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results show that the Everyone Is A Teacher learning method could increased student participation in cycle I to cycle II from 71% to 89%. The teacher participation in the first and second cycles increased from 81% to 99%. The percentage of completeness of the results of student learning tests (KKM ≥72) in cycle I and cycle II were 15 students (71%) to 20 students (95%), with an increase in the learning outcomes average of 9.80 which was from 73.3 to 87.1
