Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kontribusi aktivitas fisik, makan pagi, dan kontribusi keduanya terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas V SD Negeri Gugus 1 Kecamatan Kotagede. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif ex-post facto. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Physical Activity Questionnaire for Older Children (PAQ-C), angket makan pagi, dan dokumentasi nilai hasil Penilaian Akhir Semester (PAS) ganjil tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Uji validitas empirik dan uji pra syarat dengan uji normalitas, uji liniearitas dan uji multikolinearitas. Hipotesis diuji dengan regresi liniear sederhana dan regresi linier berganda.Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan aktivitas fisik berkontribusi kecil terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas V SD Negeri Gugus 1 Kecamatan Kotagede, makan pagi berkontribusi kecil terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas V SD Negeri Gugus 1 Kecamatan Kotagede, dan aktivitas fisik dan makan pagi bersamaan berkontribusi kecil terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas V SD Negeri Gugus 1 Kecamatan Kotagede

Abstract

This research aims at investigate about contributions of physical activity, breakfast, and both contribution on academic achivement on grade v students in elementary schools Cluster 1 Kotagede District. This research kind is cuantitative. The population in this research was grade v students on elementary schools 1 Kotagede District with 175 students and 120 data chosed to be sample. The Variable that used in this research was physical activity, breakfast, and academic achivement. Datas’s collecting technique were used Physical Activity Questionnaire for Older Children, breakfatst notes, and result of Penilaian Akhir Semester (PAS) at years 2018/2019. The hypothesis test used simple linear regression and double linear regression. The results of this research are physical activity has few contribution on academic achivement, breakfast has few contribution on academic achivement, and physical activity and breakfast togetherness has few contribution on academic achivement in grade v students on elementary schools cluster 1 Kotagede
