UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN BELAJAR DENGAN REWARD STICKER PICTURED TERHADAP SISWA KELAS II

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa dengan reward sticker pictured terhadap siswa kelas IIB SD N I Srandakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IIB SD N I Srandakan yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Desain penelitian menggunakan model Kemmis dan McTaggart. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian reward sticker pictured dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas IIB SD N I Srandakan Bantul. Hasil persentase jumlah siswa yang memiliki kedisiplinan belajar kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi pada siklus I 54% dan siklus II 80%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian reward sticker pictured dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas IIB SD N I Srandakan.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ learning disciplinary through reward sticker pictured toward the students class IIB in 1 Srandakan Elementary School. This study was a classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles. The subject of this research was the students of class IIB in 1 Srandakan Elementary School with number of 26 students. The research design used was Kemmis and McTaggart’s model. The data were collected through observation and were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative technique.  The percentage of the students who made improvement in learning disciplinary which was high and very high category; in the cycle I, 54% and cycle II, 80%. Finally, it can be concluded that the use of reward sticker pictured can improve the learning disciplinary of the students of class IIB in 1 Srandakan Elementary School.
