UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MOTORIK KASAR MELALUI PERMAINAN LARI BOLAK BALIK MEMINDAHKAN BENDA PADA ANAK KELAS 1A SD NEGERI JARAKAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar melalui permainan lari bolak balik memindahkan benda pada anak kelas 1A SD Negeri Jarakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1A yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa mengalami peningkatan pada kemampuan berlari, teknik gerak lengan dan teknik gerak. Hasil penelitian kemampuan motorik kasar terlihat pada nilai rata-rata KKM pada awalnya hanya sebesar 69% pada siklus I, meningkat pada akhir siklus II menjadi 92%. Peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar melalui permainan lari bolak balik memindahkan benda dapat dilihat dari kondisi awal ke siklus I sebanyak 18 siswa dan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebanyak 24 siswa.

Abstract

This research aimed to improve gross motor skills through the game of run back and forth in moving objects on the students’ batch 1A of SDN jarakan. This research type was class action research. The research subject was students’ batch 1A which numbered 26 students. The method used in the research was by observation and documentation. Data analysis in the research used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The research result showed that the students had improvement in the run skill, arm motion technique and motion technique. The research result of the gross motor skill was seen on the KKM average score in the beginning of cycle I as 69%, then it improved in the end of cycle II into 92%. The improvement of the gross motor skill through
the game of run back and forth in moving the object could be seen from the beginning condition to the cycle I was 18 students and from the cycle I to the cycle II was 24 students.
