IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM MARKET DAY SEBAGAI SARANA MENGEMBANGKAN KARAKTER KEWIRAUSAHAAN SISWA SDIT ALAM NURUL ISAM

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program market day dan ketercapaian program market day sebagai sarana mengembangkan karakter kewirausahaan siswa SDIT Alam Nurul Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitiandeskriptif-kualitatif. Setting penelitian di SDIT Alam Nurul Islam Yogyakarta pada bulan September sampai November 2017. Subyek penelitian adalah guru, penanggungjawab program market day, kepala sekolah, orang tua, dan siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta asesmen diri. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program market daydi SDIT Alam Nurul memiliki lima tahapan pelaksanaan yakni tahap eksplorasi, tahap perencanaan, tahap produksi, tahap penjualan, dan tahap refleksi. Hasil ketercapaian program market day menunjukan peningkatan secara keseluruhan dari nilai-nilai karakter kewirausahaan sesuai dengan tingkatan kelas.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe how the realization and the achievement of a market day program for entrepreneurship character building in the SDIT Alam Nurul Islam students. In this research, the researcher applied descriptive-qualitative methode taking SDIT Alam Nurul Islam for Septemberber to November 2017. The study subject were teachers, head master, parents, and students in SDIT Alam Nurul Islam. The data were collected by observation, interview, self-asessemnt and doucumentary study.. The data were validated by using sources triangulation and technique triangulation. The result of study showed that the program of market day in SDIT Alam Nurul Islam have had five stagesincluding exploring, planning, producingt, marketing and reflecting. There was improvement of entrepreneurship character values among students tailord by class level
