PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PKN MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN SNOWBALL THROWING

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan tentang pentingnya menjaga keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) melalui model pembelajaran snowball throwing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 1 Klegen dengan jumlah 10 siswa. Objek penelitian yaitu hasil belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai September 2017. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, tes akhir siklus, dan dokumentasi. Teknik anĂ¡lisis data yaitu secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas V SD Negeri Klegen mengalami peningkatan. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada pra siklus sebesar 30%, meningkat meningkat menjadi 50% pada siklus I, dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 80%.

Abstract

The research aims at improving learning outcomes civic education about the importance of maintaining national unity of Indonesia through learning model of snowball throwing. The research was Classroom Action Research with Kemmis and Mc Taggart Model. Subject were the 5th grade SD Negeri Klegen consist of 10 students. Object of the research were learning outcomes civic education. The research had taken on July until September 2017. Data were collected by observation of learning implementation, test evaluation, and documentation. Data analysis thecnique used qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results shows the increasing of learning outcomes civic education. Percentage mastery of student learning outcomes in pre-action by 30%, increase to 50% in 1st cycle, and in 2nd cycle increase to 80%.
