IDENTIFIKASI KESULITAN GURU SD I PEDES SEDAYU BANTUL DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan-kesulitan awal implementasi kurikulum 2013 dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran di kelas I dan IV A SD I Pedes Sedayu Bantul serta upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru SD I Pedes mengimplementasikan pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 dengan menggunakan pendekatan tematik terpadu dan model pembelajaran eksplorasi, elaborasi, dan konfirmasi. Guru SD I Pedes sudah mempersiapkan dan menyusun rencana pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 dengan baik sesuai dengan Permendikbud. Guru tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam penyusunan Silabus dan RPP. Kesulitan implementasi kurikulum 2013 banyak ditemukan pada pelaksanaan dan penilaian pembelajaran kurikulum 2013. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran kurikulum 2013, guru SD I Pedes mengalami dalam ketepatan alokasi waktu pembelajaran, mengelola kelas secara efektif, analisis hasil belajar peserta didik  dan mewujudkan kegiatan belajar yang sesuai dengan cara belajar peserta didiknya masing-masing. Kendala implementasi pada penilaian pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 terletak pada guru belum melakukan penilaian autentik untuk peserta didik. Guru SD I Pedes telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mengatasi kesulitan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 yang berdampak positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

This study aim to identify the difficulties in the preliminary implementation of Curriculum 2013 in lesson planning, learning implementation, and learning assessment in Grades I and IV A of SD 1 Pedes, Sedayu, Bantul, and efforts to solve them. The results of the study show that teachers of SD 1 Pedes have designed lesson plans based on Curriculum 2013 plan using integrated thematic approach and exploratory, elaboration, and confirmation learning model. Teacher SD 1 Pedes had prepared and compiled the 2013 curriculum learning plan well in accordance with Permendikbud. Teachers had no difficulty in preparing Syllabus and RPP. The difficulties in the implementation of Curriculum 2013 was mostly on the learning implementation and assessment based on Curriculum 2013. In the learning implementation based on Curriculum 2013, teachers of SD 1 Pedes find it difficult to allocate learning time, manage the classroom effectively, analyze students’ learning outcomes, and carry out learning activities in accordance with individual students’ learning styles. The constraint in the implementation of learning assessment based on Curriculum 2013 is on authentic assessment for students. SD 1 Pedes teachers have made various efforts to overcome the difficulties of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum that have a positive and significant impact.
