Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskipsikan kompetensi pedagogik guru kelas IV di sekolah inklusi SDN Margosari. Kompetensi Pedagogik meliputi memahami peserta didik, merancang pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, evaluasi hasil belajar, pengembangan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek guru, ABK, siswa kelas IV dan kepala Sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan uji kredibilitas berupa trianggulasi teknik dan trianggulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kompetensi pedagogik guru kelas IV di sekolah inklusi SDN Margosari masih sama dengan sekolah yang bukan inklusi. Guru dalam memberikan soal, evaluasi, dan dukungan kepada ABK sama dengan siswa normal. Guru belum membuat PPI untuk ABK. Guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran jarang memberikan motivasi kepada ABK.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the grade IV teacher pedagogical competence in inclusion school of SDN Margosari. Pedagogic competence included understanding learners, lesson planning, learning implementation, evaluation, development of student. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with subject of teacher, ABK, fourth grade student and principal. The data collection techniques consist of observation, interview, and documentation. The data validity used were triangulation techniques and triangulation of sources. The data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result of the research shows that in general pedagogical competence of fourth grade teacher in inclusion school of SDN Margosari is the same as non-inclusion school. Teacher in giving questions, evaluating, and support to ABK is same with normal students. Teacher has not made PPI for ABK. Teachers in implementing learning rarely provide motivation to the ABK.
