PENGEMBANGAN LKS IPA BERBASIS PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING PADA MATERI PERISTIWA ALAM KELAS V

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan LKS IPA berbasis Problem-Based Learning yang layak untuk pembelajaran pada materi Peristiwa Alam kelas V SD Negeri 1 Jatikuwung. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model Borg & Gall melalui 9 langkah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model LKS IPA berbasis Problem Based Learning layak untuk materi peristiwa alam kelas V SD. Validasi terakhir segi materi mendapat skor rata-rata 4,88 kriteria sangat baik. Validasi terakhir segi media mendapat skor rata-rata 4 dengan kriteria baik. Hasil uji coba lapangan awal mendapatkan persentase 99,67% dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik”, uji coba lapangan utama mendapatkan persentase 93,79% dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik” dan uji coba lapangan operasional mendapatkan persentase 91,28%  dengan kriteria “Sangat Baik”. Hasil tanggapan guru mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4 dengan kriteria “Baik”. Hasil pemecahan masalah siswa mendapat skor rata-rata 86,33 dengan kriteria “Sangat baik”.

Abstract

This research aims at developing science worksheets based on Problem-based Learning that feasible for learning science on the topic of natural events for 5th grade of SD Negeri 1 Jatikuwung. This research includes the type of  Research and Development using the Borg and Gall model through 9 steps. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire, interview, and observation. Data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative statistics. The result of research show that science worksheets model based on Problem-based Learning feasible for learning science on the topic of natural events for 5th grade of elementary school. Final validation in terms of material get an average score 4,88 with “primely” criteria. Final validation in terms of media get an average score 4 with “good” criteria. The result of preliminary field testing get 99,67% with “primely” criteria. The main field testing get 93,79% with “primely” criteria. The operational field testing get an average score 91,28%  with “primely” criteria. Teacher’s respond get an average score 4 with “good” criteria. Result of student problem solving practice get an average score 86,33 with “prime” criteria.
