PENGARUH KETELADANAN GURU, REWARD, DAN PUNISHMENT TERHADAP PERILAKU DISIPLIN SISWA KELAS 5 SD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keteladanan guru, reward, dan punishment terhadap perilaku disiplin siswa kelas 5 SD se-Gugus Sendangadi, Mlati, Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 129 siswa yang diambil melalui teknik probability sampling dan random sampling dari populasi sebanyak 191 siswa. Teknik analisis data untuk mengetahui pengaruh setiap variabel menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) keteladanan guru tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku disiplin siswa dengan sumbangan sebesar 4,02%; 2) reward berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku disiplin siswa dengan sumbangan sebesar 7,31%; 3) punishment berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku disiplin siswa dengan sumbangan sebesar 27,56%; 4) keteladanan guru, reward, dan punishment secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku disiplin siswa dengan sumbangan sebesar 38,9%.

Abstract

Ths research aim at knowing the influences of teacher’s model, reward, and punishment in student’s discipline behavior at fifth grade on elementary school in cluster Sendangadi, Mlati, Sleman. This research was an expost facto quantitative research. The samples of this research were 129 students who were taken into 191 populations. The data which were analysed for knowing the influence of each variable used simple regression and double regression. The results of research show that : 1) teacher’s model are not influence significantly in student’s behavior indicated by 4,02% of contribution value; 2) reward influences significantly in student’s behavior indicated by 7,31% of contribution value; 3) punishment influences significantly in student’s behavior indicated by 27,56% of contribution value; 4) teacher’s model, reward, and punishment influence together significantly in student’s discipline behavior indicated by 38,9% of contribution value.
