PENINGKATAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PKN DENGAN PENDEKATAN INKUIRI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri Karangmojo III dengan pendekatan inkuiri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian terdiri dari dua siklus di mana setiap siklusnya terbagi menjadi dua pertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Karangmojo III yang berjumlah 22. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, lembar evaluasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan secara kolaborasi dengan guru kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan. Jumlah siswa yang mengalami peningkatan nilai dari sebelum tindakan ke siklus I yaitu 16 siswa (72,7%). Hasil penelitian peningkatan. Jumlah siswa yang mengalami peningkatan nilai dari siklus I ke siklus II yaitu 17 siswa (81%). Prestasi belajar PKn di siklus II telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan penelitian yaitu  lebih atau sama dengan ( ≥ ) 75% dari seluruh siswa yang datang dengan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal  (≥75).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the improvement of learning achievement Civic Education in fifth grade students of  SD Negeri Karangmojo III with the inquiry approach. This  research was a classroom action research. The study consisted of two cycles in which each cycle was divided into two meetings. The subjects were the students of grade fifth at Karangmojo III Elementary School totaling 22. The methods of data collection used observation, test, and documentation. The research instrument were observation’s sheet, evaluation sheet’s, and documentation. The research was conducted in collaboration with classroom teachers. The results show an increase. The number of students has increased the value of pre actions to the first cycle are 16 students (72.7%). Increase research results. The number of students has increased the value of the first cycle to the second cycle are 17 students (81%). Civics learning achievement in the second cycle have full fill the success’s indicator of research that is greater than or equal to (≥) 75% of all students who come with a minimum completeness criteria (≥75).
