Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja
guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan di SD se- Dabin V Kecamatan Taman Kabupeten
Pemalang Jawa Tengah.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, metode yang
digunakan adalah survei instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dari skripsi Teguh Budi
Prasetyo dengan reliabilitas 0,939 dan validitas berkisar antara 0,449-0,922. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kepala Sekolah Dasar di Dabin V Kecamatan Taman yang berjumlah
10 Kepala Sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data dengan persentase. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru penjasorkes tingkat
SD Se-Dabin V Kecamatan Taman Kabupaten Pemalang menunjukkan kriteria tinggi yaitu
91.00% atau dengan total skor rata-rata 91,00 dari total skor 99, dengan distribusi sebagai berikut;
kompetensi kepribadian sebesar 99,24% atau dengan skor rata-rata 23,82 dari total skor 2,
kompetensi pedagogik sebesar 90,15% dengan skor rata-rata 21,60 dari skor total 24, kompetensi
profesional sebesar 89,81% dengan skor rata-rata 29,64 dari total skor 33, dan kompetensi sosial
sebesar 88,38% dengan skor rata-rata 15,19 dari total skor 16.

Abstract
The objective of this research is to figure out the perception of school principal on
performance of physical education, sport, and health teacher in SD (Elementary School) Dabin
(Regional Area) V Taman District Pemalang Regency Central Java. The research was descriptive
quantitative research, the method used was by survey, the instrument used was by questionnaire
from thesis of Teguh Budi Prasetyo with reliability 0,939 and validity ranging between 0,4490,922.
The population in this research was all Elementary School Principles in Dabin V Taman
District consisting of 10 school principals. The research used data analysis technique with
percentage. The result of the research shows that the principal's perception on the performance of
physical education, sport, and health teacher of elementary school in Dabin V Taman District
Pemalang Regency shows high criterion that is 91.00% or with total score 91.00 from the total
score 99, with the following distribution; personal competence 99.24% or with average score
23.82 of the total score 2, pedagogical competence 90.15 % with average score of 21.60 from total
score 24, professional competence 89.81% with average score 29.64 of the total score 33, and
social competence 88.38% with average score 15.19 of the total score 16.
