TINGKAT KESULITAN GURU PENDIDIKAN JASMANI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI SE-KECAMATAN PENGASIH KABUPATEN KULONPROGO TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN AKUATIK TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesulitan guru pendidikan jasmani sekolah dasar
negeri se Kecamatan Pengasih Kabupaten Kulonprogo dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran akuatik.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripsi kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode survei dan teknik
pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah guru pendidikan
jasmani negeri se-Kecamatan Pengasih Kabupaten Kulonprogo yang berjumlah 32 guru. Uji instrumen
menggunakan uji validitas dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach, diketahui dari 56 butir pernyataan terdapat 20
yang tidak valid, sehingga angket yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 pernyataan.
Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes berupa angket dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar
0,873. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan  tingkat
kesulitan guru penjas Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Kecamatan Pengasih Kabuapten Kulonprogo terhadap
pelaksanaan pembelajaran akuatik tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 masuk kategori tinggi dengan persentase
46,875%. Secara lebih rinci, persentase tingkat kesulitan guru pendidikan jasmani SD Negeri se
Kecamatan Pengasih Kabupaten Kulonprogo yaitu: (1) faktor guru sebesar 24,84%, (2) faktor siswa
sebesar 27,67%, (3) faktor materi pembelajaran akuatik sebesar 8,33%, (4) faktor sarana dan prasarana
sebesar 29,74%, (5) faktor lingkungan sebesar 9,40%.

Abstrack

This study aims to determine the level of difficulty of physical education teachers in public
primary schools throughout the District Compassionate Kulon Progo Regency in aquatic learning
implementation.This research is a quantitative description, using survey methods and techniques of data
collection using the questionnaire. Population and sample of this research is the physical education
teachers country sub-district Compassionate Kulon Progo Regency that are 32 teachers. Test instruments
used validity by Cronbach alpha formula, known from the 56-point declaration there were 20 invalid, so
the questionnaire used in this study were 36 statement. Instruments in this study using the test in the form
of a questionnaire with the reliability coefficient of 0.873. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive
analysis.The results of this study to show the difficulty level for physical education teachers of elementary
school subdistrict Pengasih Kulonprogro Regency to implementation of aquatic for academic year
2015/2016 in the category of high percentage of 46.875%. In more detail, the percentage of the difficulty
level of elementary school physical education teachers throughout the District Compassionate Kulon
Progo Regency, namely: (1) The teacher factor of 24,84%, (2) factors amounted to 27,67% of students, (3)
factors aquatic learning materials by 8 ,33%, (4) factors of facilities and infrastructure amounting to
29,74%, (5) environmental factor of 9,40%.
