TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH SEHAT (PHBS) TERHADAP KEBERSIHAN PRIBADI SISWA KELAS IV DAN V MADRASAH SALAFIYAH IBTIDAIYAH (MSI) 01 KAUMAN PEKALONGAN TAHUN 2018

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat pengetahuan siswa
kelas IV dan V di MSI 01 Kauman Pekalongan tentang perilaku hidup bersih sehat (PHBS)
tahun 2018.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Instrumen
dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes tertulis dengan pilihan ganda.
Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV dan V yang berjumlah 45 siswa. Teknik
analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif dengan persentase.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebanyak 100% atau 45 siswa masuk kategori sangat baik.
Maka dengan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas IV dan V di MSI 01 Kauman
Pekalongan memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang perilaku hidup bersih sehat (PHBS)
dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya.

Abstract
This study aimed to know how the level of knowledge of students in grade IV and V in
MSI 01 Kauman Pekalongan about Hygienic Life Behavior Healthy in 2018.
This research was descriptive research which used survey. The instruments and data
collection techniques in this research were using multiple choice and written tests. The samples of the
research were upper class students of MSI 01 Kauman Pekalongan that were 45 coaches. Data
analysis technique in this research was using descriptive analysis with percentage.
The result of the research showed that the level of knowledge of students in grade IV
and V in MSI 01 Kauman Pekalongan about Hygienic Life Behavior Healthy was 100% or
45 students were in very good category. Then with these result it can be concluded that grad
IV and V students have good knowledge about healthy hygiene behavior in daily life.
