HUBUNGAN ANTARA KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN KREATIVITAS MENGAJAR GURU DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari hubungan positif antara  kecerdasan emosional dan kreativitas mengajar guru dengan prestasi belajar secara bersama, mencari hubungan positif antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar, dan mencari hubungan positif antara kreativitas mengajar guru dengan prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan emosional (, kreativitas mengajar guru (, dan prestasi belajar (Y). Penelitian ini, populasi sebesar n=77 dengan sampel yang digunakan n=62 dan taraf signifikansi 5% (0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu terdapat hubungan positif antara kecerdasan emosional dan kreativitas mengajar guru dengan prestasi belajar ( sebesar 0,345 dengan signifikansi 0,02, terdapat hubungan positif antara kecerdasan emosional dengan prestasi belajar ( sebesar 0,399 dengan signifikansi 0,02, dan terdapat hubungan positif antara kreativitas mengajar guru dengan prestasi belajar ( sebesar 0,412 dengan signifikansi 0,03.

This purpose of research is to find out positive correlation between of emotional intelligence and teacher’s teaching with learning achiement,  positive correlation between of emotional intelligence with learning achievement, and positive correlation between of creativity of teaching by teacher with learning achievement. This reasearch is a quantitative reasearch by correlation approach. The variable of this research are emotional intelligence (, creativity teaching by teacher (, and achievement learning (Y). This research with population of n=77 and take sample of n=62 with significance level of 5% (0,05). The conclusions of this research were obtained  there’s  positive correlation between of emotional intelligence and creativity teaches by teacher with achievement learning ( of 0,345 with significance of 0,02. there’s positive correlation between of emotional intelligence with achievement learning ( of 0,399 with significance of 0,02. there’s postive correlation of creativity teaches by teacher with achievement learning ( of  0,412 with significance of 0,03.
