PENERAPAN METODE PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN GAMBAR TEKNIK
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas X TP 1 SMK N 2 Yogyakarta pada mata pelajaran Gambar Teknik melalui penerapan metode Problem Based Learning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan 4 langkah yaitu perencanaan, perlakuan/ tindakan, pegamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian dilakukan pada kelas X TP 1 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa kelas X TP 1 SMK N 2 Yogyakarta pada mata pelajaran Gambar Teknik karena penerapan metode Problem Based Learning. Peningkatan tersebut ditunjukkan dari siklus I jumlah siswa yang memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum 22 siswa (73,7%) meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 25 siswa (83,3%).
This study aims to determine the improvement of student achievement using the Problem Based Learning methods in Engineering Drawing course on class X TP1 at SMKN 2 Yogyakarta. The research methods being used was Classroom Action Research with four steps, namely: planning, treatment, observation, and reflection. This research was carried out towards 30 students of class X of TP1. The results show that there is an increase in student achievement due to the implementation of Problem Based Learning methods in Engineering Drawing subject. Twenty-two students (73.7%) have meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria in the first cycle, increased to 22 students (83.3%) in the second cycle.
