MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI SMK NEGERI 2 ENDE

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMK Negeri 2 Ende juga untuk  mengetahui Kesulitan yang dihadapi guru SMK Negeri 2 Ende dalam memotivasi siswa untuk belajar di masa pandemi Covid-19. Teknik pengambila sampel berupa siswa jurusan Teknik Pengelasan yang. Dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, kuisioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif: Penentuan skor item kuisioner, dan kategorisasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat motivasi belajar siswa jurusan Teknik Pengelasan di SMK Negeri 2 Ende tahun ajaran 2021/2022 cukup tinggi. Hasil perolehan kategorisasi yang menunjukan bahwa 93% siswa jurusan Teknik Pengelasan SMK Negeri 2 Ende tahun ajaran 2021/2022 sudah memiliki motivasi belajar yang cukup tinggi pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Kendala guru dalam memberikan motivasi belajar bagi siswa pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ialah tidak adanya tatap muka secara langsung sehingga kurang memberikan penguatan atau motivasi belajar siswa secara langsung.

The purpose of this study was to determine student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMK Negeri 2 Ende as well as to find out the difficulties faced by SMK Negeri 2 Ende teachers in motivating students to study during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sampling technique was in the form of students majoring in Welding Engineering. With data collection methods in the form of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis: Determination of questionnaire item scores, and categorization. The results of this study indicate that the level of learning motivation of students majoring in Welding Engineering at SMK Negeri 2 Ende for the 2021/2022 academic year is quite high. The results of the categorization show that 93% of students majoring in Welding Engineering at SMK Negeri 2 Ende for the 2021/2022 academic year already have high motivation to study during the Covid-19 pandemic. The teacher's obstacle in providing learning motivation for students during the Covid-19 pandemic was the absence of face-to-face meetings so that they did not provide direct reinforcement or motivation for student learning.
