PENGARUH KEMANDIRIAN DAN KEDISIPLINAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X SMKN JATENG DI PURBALINGGA

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sikap  kemandirian dan kedisiplinan, mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kemandirian dan kedisiplinan, serta mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kemandirian dan kedisiplinan terhadap motivasi belajar. Cluster Sampling atau teknik pengambilan sampel berupa kelas yang sudah ada. Dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner atau angket tertutup. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif, korelasi, dan regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sikap kemandirian dan kedisiplinan berada pada tingkat yang tinggi, tingkat kemandirian siswa berada pada nilai rata-rata atau sebesar 58,29 sedangkan kedisiplinan memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 51,92. Kemudian besarnya pengaruh kemandirian dan kedisiplinan terhadap motivasi belajar berada pada angka 0,662 atau dengan presentase 66,2%. Selain itu, dengan hasil f hitung lebih besar dari f tabel  (72.452 > 3,12) atau α (0,00 < 0,05) sehingga kedua variabel bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel terikat.

Then the magnitude of the influence of independence and discipline on learning motivation is at 0.662 or with a percentage of 66.2%. In addition, the results of f count are greater than f table (72,452 > 3.12) or α (0.00 <0.05) so that the two independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable.
