PENGARUH MINAT KERJA DAN PENGALAMAN PRAKTIK INDUSTRI TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA XI TEKNIK PEMESINAN

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat kerja dan pengalaman praktik industri secara terpisah dan bersama-sama terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI Teknik Pemesinan SMK Nasional Berbah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan di SMK Nasional Berbah dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji coba validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen dilakukan kepada 35 siswa kelas XI Teknik Pemesinan SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Data diolah dengan teknik analisis data meliputi deskripsi data, uji prasyarat analisis, dan uji hipotesis. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, linearitas, multikolinearitas, dan hetersokedastisitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan ganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: terdapat pengaruh antara minat kerja terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 12,7%; terdapat pengaruh pengalaman praktik industri terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 32,4%; dan terdapat pengaruh antara minat kerja dan pengalaman praktik industri terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 32,9%.

This study aims to determine the effect of work interest and experience of industrial practice separately and together on the learning motivation of class XI students of Mechanical Engineering, Nasional Berbah Vocational High School. This research is an ex-post facto with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were students of class XI Mechanical Engineering Department, Nasional Berbah Vocational High School with a total of 32 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The test of the validity and reliability of the instrument was carried out on 35 students of class XI Mechanical Engineering, Muhammadiyah Prambanan Vocational High School. The data is processed by data analysis techniques including data description, analysis prerequisite test, and hypothesis testing. The analysis prerequisite tests include tests for normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis testing using simple and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are: there is an influence between work interest on learning motivation of 12.7%; there is an effect of industrial practice experience on learning motivation by 32.4%; and there is an influence between work interest and industrial practice experience on learning motivation by 32.9%.
