PENGARUH SARANA PRASARANA DAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP KOMPETENSI LULUSAN BIDANG PENGELASAN DI SMK N 1 PUNDONG BANTUL

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sarana prasarana (X1) terhadap kompetensi lulusan (Y), pengaruh kualitas pembelajaran (X2) terhadap kompetensi lulusan (Y), serta pengaruh sarana prasarana  (X1) dan kualitas pembelajaran (X2) secara bersama sama terhadap kompetensi lulusan (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah  lulusan jurusan pengelasan SMK N 1 Pundong tahun ajaran 2019/ 2020 yang berjumlah 93 orang. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode dokumentasi, angket atau kuesioner, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif, regresi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara sarana prasarana terhadap kompetensi lulusan, ditunjukkan dengan rhitung sebesar 0,317 dan sumbangannya sebesar 10%. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pembelajaran terhadap kompetensi lulusan, ditunjukkan dengan rhitung sebesar 0,332 dan sumbangannya sebesar 11%. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara sarana prasarana dan kualitas pembelajaran secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi lulusan, ditunjukkan dengan rhitung sebesar 0,425 dan sumbangannya sebesar 18%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of infrastructure (X1) on graduate competence (Y), the effect of learning quality (X2) on graduate competence (Y), as well as the effect of infrastructure (X1) and learning quality (X2) together on graduate competence. (Y). This research is a quantitative research. The subjects of this study were graduates of the welding department at SMK N 1 Pundong for the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 93 people. The data collection technique was carried out by the method of documentation, questionnaires or questionnaires, and observation. Data analysis used descriptive, regression and correlation. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between infrastructure and competence of graduates, indicated by an rcount of 0.317 and a contribution of 10%. There is a positive and significant influence between the quality of learning on the competence of graduates, indicated by the rcount of 0.332 and the contribution of 11%. There is a positive and significant influence between infrastructure and the quality of learning together on the competence of graduates, indicated by the rcount of 0.425 and the contribution of 18%.
