PENGEMBANGAN JOB SHEET PRAKTIK SMAW POSISI 3G BERBASIS WELDING PROCEDURE SPECIFICATION (WPS) SMK

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan job sheet pengelasan SMAW posisi 3G berbasis WPS, mengetahui kelayakan, dan kinerja job sheet. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan praktik las posisi 3G SMAW dengan sampel 32 siswa kelas jurusan Teknik Las XII SMK N 2 Pengasih. Teknik analisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dalam bentuk skor. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan R&D. Hasil penelitian didapatkan skor dari dua aspek penilaian oleh ahli materi adalah 3,61 yang berarti sangat layak. Ahli media memberikan skor dari tiga aspek penilaian sebesar 2,6 yang berarti layak. Hasil respon siswa terhadab job sheet pengelasan posisi 3G menghasilkan skor rata-rata 3,22 yang berarti layak digunakan sebagai job sheet pembelajaran.

The purpose of this study was to develop a welding sheet job in SMAW based WPS 3G position, to determine the feasibility and performance of job sheets. The technique of data collection uses questionnaries and practice of welding the 3G position of SMAW with a sample of 32 students of Teknik Las class XII SMK N 2 Pengasih. The analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive in the form of scores. The development method used is the development method by R&D. The results of the study obtained a score of two aspects of assessment by material experts was 3.61 which means it is very feasible. Media experts give a score of three aspects of assessment of 2,6 which means feasible. The results of the response of the students to the job sheet for welding the 3G position resulted in an average score of 3.22 which means that it is suitable used as learning job sheets.
