MANAJEMEN BURSA KERJA KHUSUS (BKK) SMKN 3 YOGYAKARTA DALAM PENYALURAN LULUSAN KE DUNIA INDUSTRI

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tugas Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) dalam membantu menyalurkan lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) menuju dunia industri, mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam BKK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif . Pengambilan data di SMKN 3 Yogyakarta menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini ialah koordinator BKK, Wakil kepala sekolah Bidang Humas, siswa, serta alumni. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tugas BKK di SMKN 3 Yogyakarta  yakni membagikan informasi lowongan kerja kepada para calon tenaga kerja, memperbarui informasi yang ada, mengadakan pelatihan bagi siswa guna menunjang softskill para siswa, melakukan kegiatan mencari perusahaan guna dilakukan kerjasama untuk penerimaan siswa SMKN 3 untuk bekerja, faktor pendukung yang ada di BKK yakni Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang bertugas di BKK sudah sesuai dengan UU PERMENAKER NO.39 tahun 2016, sistem IT yang digunakan mulai dari pengumuman hingga tracer alumni dibuat oleh BKK SMKN 3 Yogyakarta, faktor penghambat yang sering dihadapi ialah masalah pendanaan, serta kurangnya sarana prasarana apabila diadakan kegiatan oleh BKK.

The purpose of this study is to know the task of the Labor market in helping to channel the graduates of Vocational High school to the industrial world, as well as to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in Labor Market. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. Data retrieval is done by SMKN 3 Yogyakarta with technique of collecting interview method and documentation in field. The subject of this research is the coordinator of Labor Market, Deputy Head of Public Relations, students, and alumni. The result of the research shows that the duty of Labor Market in SMKN 3 is to share job vacancy information to prospective workers, update existing information, conduct training for students to support student's softskill, conduct company seeking activities in order to cooperate for student acceptance of SMKN 3 to work, the supporting factors that exist in Labor Market, namely the human resources assigned to Labor Market are in accordance with the PERMENAKER Law No. 39 of 2016, the IT system used starts from the announcement to the alumni tracer made by Labor Market SMKN 3 Yogyakarta, the obstacle factor that often faced is funding problem, and lack of infrastructure when held activity by Labor Market.
