PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR PRAKTIK OXY ASETILEN WELDING (OAW) BERBASIS PROJECT WORK KELAS XI DI SMKN 1 PUNDONG

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar oxy asetilen welding (OAW), dan mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar berbasis project work yang dikembangkan di SMKN 1 Pundong. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (R&D). Tahap penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, ujicoba produk, revisi produk, dan produk jadi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 30 siswa kelas XI B Teknik Pengelasan di SMKN 1 Pundong. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini berupa Buku Pedoman Teori dan Praktik Oxy Asetilen Welding Berbasis Project Work Untuk Kelas XI. Hasil analisa kelayakan produk dari ahli media diperoleh persentase kelayakan 83,65%, dari ahli materi diperoleh persentase kelayakan 87,50%, dan dari uji coba siswa diperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 81,17%.

The purpose of this research are to develop teaching materials of oxy acetylene  welding (OAW), and to find out the feasibility of the teaching materials project work based that have been developed in SMKN 1 Pundong. This research used the method of Research and Development Studies (R&D). Stages of research used in this research development, include potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trial, product revision and book production. This research was conducted on 30 students of class XI B Welding Engineering in SMKN 1 Pundong. Data collection techniques were conducted using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique performed with quantitative descriptive analysis technique percentage. The result of this research is Theory and Practice Guidebook Oxy Acetylene Welding Based on Project Work for Class XI. The result of feasibility analysis of the product from the media expert obtained the feasibility assessment 83,65%, from the material expert obtained the feasibility assessment of 87,50%, and from the test students obtained a feasibility rating of 81,17%.
