PENERAPAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF STAD UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas pada siswa kelas X TPC SMK N 1 Sedayu yang berjumlah 24 siswa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan motivasi dan prestasi belajar siswa pada siklus I dan siklus II. Peersentase peningkatan motivasi siklus I sebesar 6,92% dan siklus II sebesar 5,72%, sedangkan peningkatan prestasi belajar ditunjukkan pada persentase ketuntasan pretest siklus I sebesar 41,7%, posttest siklus I sebesar 67% dan posttest siklus II sebesar 87,5%.

This research aims to determine the increase in student motivation and achievement after applying the cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). This research is a classroom action research on the students of class X TPC SMK N 1 Sedayu which amounted to 24 students. Data were collected using observation and test sheets. The results showed that there is an increase in student motivation and achievement in cycle I and cycle II. The percentage increase in motivation of cycle I was 6.92% and cycle II was 5.72%, while the improvement of learning achievement was shown on the percentage of pretest of cycle I of 41,7%, posttest of cycle I was 67% and posttest cycle II was 87,5 %.
