Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi pelayanan publik dan
organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja pegawai DPMPPT Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian
ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Ex Post Facto. Populasi dan sampel
pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai DPMPPT Kabupaten Sleman yang berjumlah 65 responden.
Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas
instrumen dihitung dengan rumus korelasi product moment dan rumus Alpha Cronbach yang diolah
menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistic versi 23. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis
korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa (1)adanya pengaruh yang
signifikan dari motivasi pelayanan publik terhadap kinerja pegawai DPMPPT Kabupaten Sleman
dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 13,36%; (2)adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari organizational
citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja pegawai DPMPPT Kabupaten Sleman dengan sumbangan
efektif sebesar 73,04%; (3)dan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari motivasi pelayanan publik dan
organizational citizenship behavior secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai DPMPPT
Kabupaten Sleman dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 86,4%. Oleh karena itu, DPMPPT Kabupaten
Sleman perlu memperhatikan motivasi pelayanan publik dan organizational citizenship
behavior untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of public service motivation and organizational
citizenship behavior towards employees’ performance of DPMPPT Sleman. This research was a
quantitative research, and the research design was ex post facto. Population and samples of this
research was all of DPMPPT employees. Data collections techniques in this research were used
questionnaires and documentations. Validity and reliability of the instrument were calculated by
formula of Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Cronbach Alpha using software IBM SPSS
Statistic 23. Data were analyzed by Pearson Product Moment Correlation Formula. The result
showed that (1)there was a positive and significant effect of public service motivation towards
employees’ performance of DPMPPT Sleman with a percentage of 13,36%, (2)there was a positive
and significant effect of organizational citizenship behavior towards employees’ performance of
DPMPPT Sleman with with a percentage of 73,04%, (3)there was a positive and significant effect of
public service motivation and organizational citizenship behavior towards employees’ performance of
DPMPPT Sleman with with a percentage of 86,4%. Therefore, DPMPPT Sleman should pay attention
on public service motivation and organizational citizenship behavior to improve employees’
performance
