PENGARUH PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA KARYAWAN BAGIAN RUMAH TANGGA UNIVERSITAS NEGERI YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawa bagian rumah tangga UNY, (2) Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawa bagian rumah tangga UNY, (3) Pengaruh perceived organizational support dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawa bagian rumah tangga UNY. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji hipotesis dengan sampel karyawan bagian rumah tangga UNY. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) Perceived organizational support  berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawa bagian rumah tangga UNY, (2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan bagian rumah tangga UNY, (3) Perceived organizational support dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawa bagian rumah tangga UNY dengan kontribusi sebesar (ΔR2) 0,183*.

Abstrack

This study was aimed to determine: (1) The influence of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior in household employee of Yogyakarta State University, (2) The influence of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior in houshld employee of Yogyakarta State University, (3) The influence of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior in household employee of Yogyakarta State University. The data analysis was using multiple regression analysis with the household employees of Yogyakarta State University as the sample. The result of this study indicate that: (1) There was a significant and positive influence between perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior, (2) There was a significant and positive influence between job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, (3) There wa a significant and positive influence between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior with contribution of (ΔR2) 0,183*.
